Your roleInterested in working in financial services, specifically asset management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program in Investments.You'll get to:• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy• support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions• learn about all major traditional asset classes• develop a strong understanding of investments and financial marketsYour teamYou'll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.Your expertiseWe're looking for a candidate who:• will graduate with a Bachelor or Master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of work experience post-graduation• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines• is fluent in English, any additional languages would be a plusStart date: 1 SeptemberAbout usUBS is the world's largest and only truly global wealth manager.
