The Legal Counsel will provide legal and regulatory support to marketing, advertising, and commercial teams, ensuring compliance with industry laws and standards. The successful candidate will also assess legal risks, advise on legislative developments, and handle contract negotiations. Proficiency in English is required for this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a trusted legal advisor to marketing, advertising, and commercial teams, ensuring business activities align with relevant laws and regulationsAssess legal risks related to product claims, branding, and promotional materials, while proactively managing regulatory challenges and competitor disputesProvide guidance on evolving legislation, including sustainability and environmental regulations, and their impact on the consumer goods sectorDraft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, such as marketing, licensing, and partnership agreementsCollaborate with internal legal teams and business units to develop and deliver training programs on critical compliance mattersYOUR PROFILEHold a university degree in law; bar qualification is highly desirableHave knowledge and experience in marketing, commercial, and compliance law within EuropeDemonstrate leadership skills and experience in project managementAbility to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teamsFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are an advantageHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
