Job Description:

Provide remote administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize emails and communication channels.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested by management.

Assist with data entry, research, and updating company databases or records.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or remote coordinator is preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom).

Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
