Our software is a cloud application that processes smart meter data and computes smart real-time prices for locally produced energy, which makes renewable energy financially more attractive. End-users receive an app that maps the sources of their energy, making their electricity consumption more understandable. The Operations Assistant will be working from our Zurich office, collaborating closely with both the on-site and remote teams. Your role Keep the office running smoothly and organized, including supplies, snacks, and equipment Support internal and external events (team events, tradeshows, seasonal initiatives) Coordinate management and board meetings, including signature processes and board resolutions Handle physical mail and triage electronic correspondence Assist with travel bookings for selected in-person meetings Support onboarding logistics and order devices for new colleagues Maintain employee documentation and keep HR system (Personio) up to date Assist in ad hoc operational projects This is a part-time role - we are looking for someone who can work a fixed weekly schedule (1 day a week for 8h or 2 days a week, split into 4 h).
