About The Job
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant to support our Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, professional maturity, and a collaborative mindset. You will play a key role in helping the CSCO stay organized and focused, while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting coordination
• Assist in organizing departmental events, virtual and in-person meetings, and preparing relevant materials (e.g., presentations, agendas)
• Help manage priorities and deadlines by keeping the CSCO informed and aligned
• Support with basic data collection and reporting for operational metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and logistics
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all aspects of the role

About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• 5+ years of experience in administrative or coordination roles incl. experience supporting senior leaders
• A mature and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive information and interactions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
