Role Description:

The
Director of Operations
will play a central role in establishing, managing, and scaling a new strategic project within the organization. This position combines operational leadership, strategic execution, and team management to ensure the project's successful launch and long-term sustainability. Working closely with senior leadership, the Director will oversee operational planning, performance management, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring that the project's objectives are delivered efficiently and in alignment with the organization's vision.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing operational frameworks, setting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across all workflows. The Director of Operations will manage budgets, optimize resources, and oversee the integration of systems and processes that support business scalability. They will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. The role requires a balance of strategic insight and operational execution — ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly while maintaining focus on long-term growth and project milestones.

The position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background in operations management and a proven ability to deliver excellence in complex, evolving environments.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in operations management, project leadership, or business transformation roles.
  • Proven track record in launching or scaling new business units, products, or initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence, process optimization, and organizational design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage change, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in hybrid and fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
