Our client is an established, independent brokerage firm headquartered in Switzerland with over 30 years of expertise in interest rate derivatives and fixed income markets. Known for their sharp market focus and lean structure, they offer brokers an agile platform with room to grow and deliver real impact.

They are now expanding their Cross Currency Desk and are looking for a broker with a strong client book and deep product knowledge. Zurich is preferred, but candidates based in London or Continental Europe may be considered if they bring a relevant client base.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow institutional client relationships across Europe
  • Execute pricing, order flow, and trades in cross currency/IRD markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams across international offices
  • Maintain a high standard of execution, responsiveness, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience as a broker in financial markets (not a banker)
  • Active and proven client book (must-have)
  • Strong knowledge of cross currency swaps and interest rate derivatives
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
  • EU/EFTA passport holder (Swiss work permits cannot be sponsored)
  • Experience from an interdealer brokerage firm is essential
