Role

Our client, a leading international brokerage firm in
Zurich with a multinational team
that delivers
bespoke, high-integrity brokerage services
to an international client base, reinforcing our reputation as the
global reference in Swiss Franc derivatives
.

In this role, you will manage and grow
client relationships across Europe
, execute daily orders, and identify new opportunities within the
interest rate derivatives and cross-currency markets
.

Mission:

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients across Europe
  • Support
    daily order flow, pricing, and execution
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to desk expansion
  • Collaborate with international teams to provide outstanding service

Profile:

  • 3–5 years' experience
    in financial markets, ideally within a
    financial brokerage firm
  • Proven success
    and
    existing client relationships
    (a must)
  • Solid understanding of
    interest rate derivatives
    and
    cross-currency products
  • Fluent in
    English
    , with another
    European language
    as a strong advantage
  • Dynamic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial
    mindset
