Broker, Fixed Income Team – Zürich, Switzerland (Permanent Contract)

Are you an ambitious and results-driven Broker with a passion for Fixed Income markets?
Our client, a leading interdealer broker specializing in interest rate derivatives and fixed income products, is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team in Zürich.

Your Mission

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of institutional client relationships within the Fixed Income market.
  • Facilitate daily order flow, pricing, and execution of Fixed Income products, including high-yield and investment-grade securities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the growth of the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across international offices to deliver high-quality service and market insights.

Your Profile

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years in financial markets, with a strong track record and established client relationships, ideally in high-yield or investment-grade securities.
  • Expertise:
    Solid understanding of corporate bond markets, credit derivatives, and the broader fixed income market structure.
  • Mindset:
    Proactive, entrepreneurial, and thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Languages:
    Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus (French)
  • You must bring your client portfolio
  • A banking background is not what we are looking for
