We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Cross Currency Broker to join an established Interest Rate Derivatives Desk in Zürich. The ideal candidate will have an active institutional client base across Continental Europe or London and a proven track record within cross-currency and interest rate markets.

This is a front-office position within a dynamic international environment, offering strong visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with leading institutional clients across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing institutional client relationships across Continental Europe and the UK.
  • Execute and price cross-currency swaps, FX forwards, and related interest rate products with precision and efficiency.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the desk's commercial expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with global colleagues to ensure best-in-class client coverage.
  • Provide real-time market intelligence, insights, and trade ideas.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Broker within financial markets, with a proven revenue track record and an established institutional client base.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interest rate derivatives, cross-currency swaps, and FX forward products.
  • Fluent in English; another European language (French, German, or Italian) is an advantage.
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow within an international high-performance environment.
  • Capable of validating annual revenue, client portfolio, and non-compete terms.
