As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partneryou will:
Your tasks- Manage cross-functional projects to optimize recruitment processes, drive digitalization, and implement systems
- Develop scalable, data-driven recruiting strategies using market insights, KPIs, and business needs; apply agile methodologies and evidence-based management for continuous improvement
- Lead or contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives for technical, operational, and senior corporate roles, including direct search and full cycle hiring
- Act as a key advisor in critical hiring initiatives, managing external partners and ensuring high-quality outcomes; contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to align talent acquisition with organizational goals and support capacity planning
- Enhance sourcing tools and our ATS-system to strengthen talent pipelines and improve candidate experience
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field, with 5+ years of strategic in-house or agency recruitment experience in an international industrial/technical setting
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading recruitment-related transformation initiatives
- Proven expertise in senior talent sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and managing full-cycle recruitment. Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Rexx or SmartRecruiters; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with C-level executives and HR leadership
- Fluent in English and German (min. B2); empathetic, structured, and proactive working style with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
