Our team has developed a versatile and advanced technological platform with the potential to revolutionize a wide range of applications across life sciences—from biomedical research and diagnostics to tissue engineering and beyond. The technology is already currently attracting high demand across various biological fields, and we are seeking R&D Manager (40% business development, 60% R&D) to structure and grow the cooperation with our early adopters.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for and attracting new clients (the target audience is broad — from biological laboratories to pharmaceutical companies).
  • Managing the full cycle of interaction with new and existing partners: from the initial presentation and identifying interests to equipment demonstration, preparing technical specifications, and supporting projects.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing laboratories.
  • Managing the client and project database.
  • Participating in joint research, publications, and preparation of grant documentation.
  • Full planning and coordination of the company's R&D activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of the field of cell physiology
  • Higher education in the field of physical and chemical sciences or similar
  • Experience in similar positions is preferrable
  • Ability to legally reside and work in Switzerland or EU

  • Strong analytical abilities, proactivity, and readiness to work with large amounts of information.
