Job Description
Les principales responsabilités comprendront :

  • Conseiller et vendre les produits proposés dans le magasin (Swatch, Bijoux, lunettes de soleil et Flik Flak)
  • Accueil parfait des clients, service et présentation des marchandises
  • Service et décompte de la caisse
  • Petites réparations et changement de bracelets de montre et de piles
  • Assurer l'aspect du magasin et des marchandises exposées (vitrine, mobilier et tables de vente)
  • Réceptionner, déballer et emballer les livraisons
  • Remplacement du Store Manager en cas d'absence (tâches administratives, management d'équipe, etc.)
  • Collaboration avec le Store Manager concernant le daily business (respect des directives, communication avec l'équipe, etc.)

Profile

  • Formation dans le commerce de détail
  • Expérience de la vente, de préférence dans le secteur de l'horlogerie ou du lifestyle
  • Expérience dans le management d'équipe, un fort atout
  • Bonnes connaissances administratives (Microsoft 365, gestion des plannings, etc.)
  • L'organisation flexible du temps de travail te convient (travail le samedi et le dimanche ; magasin ouvert 7 jours sur 7)
