**YOUR ROLE**:
As a Test Manager, you will help our clients in their digital transformation journey, working in a global, multicultural environment with distributed teams. In your first mission will drive Quality Assurance efforts in the Client & Market and Luxury New Retail product domains, collaborating with global teams. Your role includes managing integrated testing activities, ensuring quality and security, and acting as a key liaison between various stakeholders. You will work closely with the Program Manager to anticipate, organize, and drive all quality assurance activities, ensuring alignment with legal, security, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acting as the QA lead for assigned programs, focusing on defining and implementing test strategies and plans based on the best practices and project specificities, especially the Program Release Plan;
- Analyzing the requirements and constraints of the initiative to understand the integrated testing effort as well as documenting, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing all processes for testing;
- Mobilizing and managing stakeholders to ensure smooth integrated testing across technology product areas;
- Developing and documenting test plans, identifying dependencies, and ensuring that the test cases cover all functional requirements;
- Anticipating integration challenges, by proposing “Integrated Testing Checkpoints” for all relevant cross-team deliverables;
- Managing test documentation and ensuring timely delivery of testing artifacts;
- Coordinating with QA Engineers, both onshore and near-shore, to execute and monitor tests;
- Supporting risk analysis, change management, and escalating critical issues when necessary;
- Actively contribute to the Technology QA Community of Practice, sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned, while promoting the use of automation where applicable.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 5-10 years of experience in test management, preferably in a global environment, with full responsibility for corresponding deliverables;
- Proven ability to perform and organize end-to-end testing;
- Knowledge of SAP environment, especially Solution Manager;
- Proven expertise in system integration and data migration projects, with a solid understanding of retail and ecommerce domains;
- Strong client and stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences;
- Efficient management of time and activities, ability to communicate with different audiences, and recommend solutions;
- Proficiency in English and French;
- ISTQB or ISEB certification will be an advantage;
- Development background will be an advantage.
