**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un responsable de test, testeurs, automaticien de test:
**Responsable des tests (10%)**:

- En collaboration avec le chef de projet, définir la stratégie de test intégration
- Suivre et piloter les tests
- Réaliser le reporting

**Testeur (40%)**:

- Préparer les tests
- Exécuter les tests
- Détecter, documenter et suivre les anomalies
- Tester les correctifs

**Automaticien de test (50%)**:

- Automatiser les tests de non régression
- Industrialiser l’assurance qualité
- Intégrer les tests aux pipelines de CI/CD
- Intégrer l’exécution et la remontée des résultats avec Jira / Xray
- Monitorer les résultats
- Exécution environnement d’intégration, recette

**Profil**:
Formation
- Master universitaire en informatique, diplôme d’ingénieur EPF ou équivalent
- Bachelor universitaire en informatique, ou équivalent
- Certification sur le métier du test

Compétences primordiales
- Expérience cumulée de plus de 5 ans dans le management et l’exécution des tests fonctionnels d’intégration (test manuel)
- Expérience cumulée de plus de 5 ans en automatisation de test (Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, Tricentis,)
- Automatisation front, back, web service
- Certification sur le métier du test (ISTQB foundation ou équivalent)
- Maîtriser au moins une méthodologie de gestion des tests reconnue (ex : ISTQB, TMAP, etc.)
- Avoir au moins une expérience de management des tests sur un projet mené selon une méthodologie agile (Scrum, etc.)

Compétences importantes
- Expérience sur un projet de plus de 1’000 jours/homme
- Maîtriser JIRA
- Maîtriser au moins un outil de gestion des tests (ex : Xray, ALM/QC,)

Compétences optionnelles qui représenteraient un plus
- Maîtriser la méthode Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
- Avoir une expérience de l’administration publique
- Certification sur le métier du test (ISTQB - Advanced - Test management)

Pouvoir communiquer clairement les problèmes trouvés aux développeurs et aux autres parties prenantes
- Avoir une capacité forte d’interaction avec le management et une excellente communication
- Avoir une bonne compréhension des technologies utilisées dans le développement de logiciels (Langage : Java, Python)
- Savoir prioriser les tâches et gérer efficacement le temps est essentiel pour respecter les délais
- Savoir interpréter correctement les exigences du projet pour s’assurer que le logiciel les respecte
- Être capable de penser à des scénarios de test non conventionnels qui pourraient révéler des défauts cachés
- Faire preuve de leadership, d’engagement et de dynamisme
- Faire preuve d’écoute, d’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, et d’aisance dans la communication
- Être capable d’innover, et de s’adapter
- Être prompt à travailler en équipe et à partager ses connaissances
- Avoir une attitude constructive vis-à-vis des changements
