In qualità di Assistant Store Manager di Claire’s fornirai supporto al tuo Store Manager per quanto riguarda:

- Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi commerciali del negozio.
- Stabilire le priorità giornaliere e supervisionare le attività giorno per giorno.
- Fornire spunti al team del negozio per aumentare le vendite e fornire il massimo livello di servizio ai clienti.
- Assicurare che il negozio sia ben rifornito e che rispetti l’esposizione indicata.
- Condurre le attività commerciali del negozio senza inconvenienti.
- Provvedere alla formazione e al coaching del personale del negozio per potenziare lo sviluppo di capacità e della carriera.
- Eseguire piercing all’orecchio (in seguito a formazione adeguata).
In assenza dello Store Manager, ti assumerai la responsabilità del funzionamento generale del negozio, assicurando alti livelli di performance del personale e ottimi risultati economici.

Qualifications

È fondamentale possedere l’esperienza, le capacità e le caratteristiche seguenti:

- Ricoprire il ruolo di Assistant Store Manager esperto in un piccolo negozio, oppure essere supervisore con esperienza in un grande negozio in cerca del primo ruolo da Assistant Store Manager.
- Avere esperienza di lavoro in team o di supervisione del personale al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi KPI.
- Avere passione per il commercio al dettaglio e la moda.
- Seguire un approccio orientato al cliente e ai risultati.
- Avere capacità di visual merchandising.
- Avere eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, pianificazione e organizzazione.
- Avere l’esperienza o l’abilità necessarie a sviluppare, motivare e formare un team per raggiungere vendite e risultati economici notevoli.
- Idealmente, avere esperienza di lavoro nel settore degli accessori o della bigiotteria.
- Avere una motivazione tale da poter affrontare e vincere qualunque sfida.
