Role Description

This is an 80% role located in Lugano, Switzerland, for a Customer Service Assistant. Traveling to the schools we serve might be necessary on an occasional basis. The role involves providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The selected candidate will assist in managing orders, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with various internal teams to deliver a seamless experience. The role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in managing time effectively and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Prestashop is a plus.
