Team Head Digital Marketing Platforms

Do you enjoy bringing value by optimizing digital platforms and by inspiring a small team?
For our Marketing Private Clients team, we are looking for Team Head Digital Marketing Platforms, to lead the digital platforms website and direct mailing. Your team shapes how clients and prospects discover, engage with, and experience our offering — across and our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystems.
What would your role be?
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team responsible for website experience, web analytics, tagging, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations.
- Define and drive the digital platform strategy — ensuring that our websites and automation tools effectively support brand, initiatives, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business goals into seamless, measurable digital journeys.
- Oversee the continuous development and optimization of our web presence (UX, content architecture, SEO, analytics) and marketing automation setup (journeys, personalization, CRM integration)
- Act as product owner for the Website CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms
- Use data insights and analytics to steer initiatives, measure impact, and continuously improve digital client engagement.
- Inspire and empower your team to innovate and deliver with excellence — fostering a collaborative, agile, and impact-oriented culture
What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of experience in website management, marketing automation, or digital product management — ideally in the financial services industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members across disciplines.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder) and its integration into CRM ecosystems.
- Experience managing web platforms and CMS systems (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or comparable), including UX, analytics, and SEO aspects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — capable of bridging business, IT, and creative teams.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on familiarity in data-driven optimization.
- Fluency in English and German.
