IT Project Manager

YOUR CHALLENGES

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery in the area of IT Business Applications (focus on ERP and surrounding systems)
  • Act as the main contact and project manager for assigned global and local IT projects
  • Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of project scope, timeline, and deliverables
  • Manage project phases from initial idea and planning to implementation, go-live, and hypercare
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (project charters, plans, reports)
  • Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
  • Monitor progress, track resources, manage budgets, and ensure project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, business consultants, external partners, and developers
  • Facilitate decision-making and escalate roadblocks when needed

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Solid experience (min 3 years) as IT Project Manager in an international environment
  • Proven track record in leading IT implementation or transformation projects
  • Experience working in structured project frameworks (e.g. Agile)
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style
  • Confident in working across multiple teams and time zones
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage change
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
