Project Manager Operations / Lean Expert - Full Time - Haag, Switzerland

Join our team in Haag and help us shape our future Operations projects

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Successful, efficient and process-compliant implementation of projects, considering the needs of the respective stakeholders.
- You oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of specific projects.
- Drive, standardize and harmonize Operations and relevant support processes globally and develop a business maturity matrix to guide roadmap.
- Work closely together with Head Global Operations and business partners in optimizing processes and gaining efficiency (business excellence)

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Higher education in business administration, higher technical education, or project management
- At least 5 years’ experience as project manager for projects in Operations
- Proven project management expertise including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem solving and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to engage easily with team and promote networking / cooperation
- Self-driven personality
- Excellent English and German skills
