Join us to expand your career opportunities in a high growth business, where your unique skills are valued.** Join our team in Haag and help shape our future Product Management agenda in the Dental business segment. **In this role you will be accountable for**: - Develop & implement the vision & commercial strategy for the private label and trade business - Consolidate & co-ordinate requirements of customers with Sales, Marketing & Operations - Support segment market research activities through customer & end-user interaction - Support the segment three-year strategy and setting of annual breakthrough objectives - Manage product roadmap, lifecycle strategy and portfolio simplification - Initialize product development within the market segment: Lead concept development projects and support resulting product development projects - Lead the assessment and execution of market-driven new product and services opportunities - Own development of pricing & positioning strategies with Sales, Marketing and channel partners - Deliver training rhythm on product **To succeed in this role, you will need**: - Education in business administration field or similar - Understanding of Pricing, Marketing and Sales strategies - Experience in the Medical Device Industry preferred - Ability to influence and drive projects to completion in a matrix business structure - P&L business acumen - Ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment - Creative, collaborative and prepared to take calculated risks - Outstanding communication skills - Business fluent in English and German - Willingness to travel up to 10% **Your benefits**: - An innovative, vibrant and agile culture - A dynamic business on a growth trajectory - Excellent social benefits **medmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.** **93% of our employees would go above and beyond to deliver results - do you have the drive to succeed?
