As a team player with strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of engagement, you are taking responsibility for the product portfolio in our global market segment ‘Photovoltaics’ (Solar). With your ability for strategic thinking and solution-oriented acting, you are defining and executing the product development roadmap in close collaboration with market-leading customers. Together with colleagues from Sales, Engineering and Marketing, you are preparing for the market introduction of new products, mostly in Asia. We are acting upon the maxim of ‘profitable growth’ by providing leading-edge products and services with exceptional benefits and value to our demanding customers.

**YOUR CHALLENGES**
Specifying of technical product requirements with local experts based on concrete customer demands and pain analysis
- Defining of product portfolio strategy and execution of product development roadmaps with project team
- Driving and supporting internal product development with business case, value-proposition, risk-management, etc.
- Operational processing of customer orders, including follow-up on costing, delivery, quality and escalation management
- Preparing for introducing new products into the market together with local Sales, Marketing and Field-Application teams
- Actively managing the product portfolio aiming for technology and value leadership over the full product life-cycle

**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in mechanical/electrical/system-engineering (Uni/FH)
Further education in innovation & technology mgmt., MBA or sales/marketing is advantageous
- Min. 3 years working experience in product or business development in international high-tech industry
- Fluent English language skills in speaking and writing / willingness to travel up to 25%
