**YOUR CHALLENGES**
- Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects.
- Driving the corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
- Defining the requirements for the product technology development in order to drive pro-actively and realize the growth initiatives together with sales.
- Consolidating, drive and define the bellows Product portfolio for the Business Unit SEMI.
- Keep close alignment with related departments and the bellows supply chain
- Accountable for customization
- & industrialization projects and technical customer documentation like manuals, product data sheets according to European machinery directive.
- Identify OEMs technical roadmaps and drive actual and future product requirements in order to protect and increase the share of wallet for the VAT group worldwide.
- Supervising all changes in regards to supply chain, manufacturing and assembly processes and preparing documentation for customer relevant changes and submitting it to the respective customers following the customer specific change management (CE, CEx and POR) processes.

**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- Technical degree, Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or successful record of accomplishment in a commercial position.
- Experience in product management in comparable markets (Semiconductor is appreciated).
- Profound experience of the sales process (mechanisms) of high tech components in a highly consolidated market environment on a global scale.
- Fluent business English skills written and spoken.
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment, work under pressure and adapt to demands of a changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills, creativity enthusiasm and a positive can do approach required
