Project Manager BU SEMI (80%/100%)

How will you contribute?_**
- Lead cross-functional, cross organizational NPI and customer projects that deliver solutions to the market.
- Create and own the project plan that defines the time, budget, resources and scope of the project in compliance with the VAT Innovation Process.
Interface with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Quality, Global Sourcing, Operations, Marketing and Finance to drive project priorities and resource allocations.
Lead presentation of project progress in the frame of VAT innovation boards.
- Create and maintain an innovative working environment that encourages teamwork, learning agility, and individual contributions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers across VAT, forming a community of experience sharing, leveraging standardization and driving personal development within the function.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics); other degrees will be considered based on experience. An advanced degree is preferred (MSc, PhD, or MBA).
- Record of accomplishment in leading the delivery of complex projects.
- Broad entrepreneurial profile with affinity to technical, supply, marketing, and quality topics
- Able to execute projects of significant complexity and uncertainty from concept through initial prototype with mínimal supervision.
- Strong adaptive communication skills to structure and influence discussions within the team as well as senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and rapid prototyping are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Project Management Software, and demonstrated ability to learn other business software.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Willing to travel (approx. 15%).
- Work experience in vacuum technology / semiconductors beneficial.
