We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Support Specialist
to join our growing team here in Switzerland

In this role, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers — helping them solve problems, find solutions, and enjoy a smooth, positive experience with our products and services. If you love communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, this is the opportunity for you

What You'll Do:

  • Provide responsive and professional support to customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system
  • Communicate feedback and improvement opportunities to enhance user experience
  • Support onboarding and product education for new customers
  • Represent the company with warmth, patience, and Swiss-level precision

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service, or client success
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German or French is a plus — merci & danke)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a focus on empathy and efficiency
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive, professional attitude
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to help others succeed
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
