Aufgaben

  • Stellvertretende Teamverantwortung Backoffice & Sales Support: Fachliche Leitung und Koordination des Teams sowie Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Rapportierung & Kennzahlen: Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen zur Unterstützung des Teamleiters.
  • Debitorenmanagement & Rechnungsstellung: Verwaltung offener Posten, Monitoring der Zahlungseingänge sowie Erstellung, Versand und Nachverfolgung von Rechnungen.
  • Flottenmanagement: Administration und Koordination des firmeneigenen Fahrzeugpool und Kameras.
  • Immobilieninserate: Aufschaltung, Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Immobilieninseraten auf relevanten Portalen.
  • Office Management: Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Büroorganisation, inklusive Postwesen, allgemeiner administrativer Abläufe sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebs.
  • Korrespondenz: Verantwortung für die interne und externe schriftliche Kommunikation mit dem Sales-Team.

Job Anforderungen

Fachliche Anforderungen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine HF in Betriebswirtschaft, Business Administration, Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung ist von Vorteil.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Administration, Finance, Operations oder Customer Services von Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Sprachliche Anforderungen:

  • stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Französisch konversationssicher – zwingend erforderlich und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, tatkräftig und belastbar
  • Fähigkeit, selbständig Managementaufgaben zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig unsere Makler aus dem Backoffice heraus zu unterstützen
