To support our continued growth, we are looking for you as 
AI Consultant
, who enjoys client interaction and sales, and is eager to dive deeper into business processes and AI use cases.

Your Role

You are the primary contact for new clients - while also continuing to support selected key clients as a Key Account Manager:

• You lead initial client conversations, understand the challenges of AI projects and people's AI needs.
• You act as both Sales and Key Account Manager, guiding clients from first contact to signed proposal and supporting existing customers.
• You translate business needs into concrete AI use cases, contribute to consulting and prototyping, and help design or deliver trainings and workshops.
• You craft solutions, ideas and visualize them.
• You represent dreamleap at events, conferences, and community formats to grow our visibility and your network.

In short: You are a sparring partner, and consultant in one person
 – and together with us, you build something big.

Your Responsibilities

AI Consulting

• Analysis of business processes and identification of AI potential (e.g., automation, smart document search, agentic workflows, AI assistants).
• Preparation and facilitation of initial use case workshops with clients (online or on-site).
• Collaboration in developing solution outlines, roadmaps, and high-level architectures (deep coding is not required, but an understanding of technology stacks, no-code tools, and copilot).
• Close collaboration with our tech and consulting team to translate client requirements into actionable stories.

Sales & Business Development

• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and business development (events, webinars, content, case studies).
• Qualify inbound leads and actively reach out to target clients (outbound/social selling, esp. via LinkedIn).
• Run discovery and follow-up meetings (needs assessment, scoping).
• Build and manage a sales pipeline (e.g. in HubSpot).
• Develop and support key accounts, including upselling and cross-selling AI solutions.
• Prepare proposals and concepts together with our consulting team.
• Organize and participate in industry, client, and community events, including short talks or demos.
• You enjoy international travel.

Your Profile

Must-haves

• Several years of B2B experience in sales, Pre-sales, or Consulting (e.g. IT/digital, SaaS, AI, innovation).
• Practical experience with AI consulting, tools, and projects – you turn ideas into concrete use cases.
• Strong consultative sales skills: you ask the right questions, think in solutions, and reliably follow through.
• Solid understanding of business processes (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Service, Operations, Backoffice).
• Experience with no-/low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make, landing page builders) and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Strong network in business/digital/tech and enjoyment in actively nurturing relationships.
• Highly motivated, hands-on, and comfortable taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent German (C1+) and very good English; French, Italian, or other languages are a plus.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic/startup environment and proactively drive topics forward.
• International experience and willingness to travel, incl. within DACH and beyond.

Nice-to-haves

• SaaS and startup experience
   (e.g. in sales, customer success, or consulting roles) are a major plus.
• Experience in 
  conducting workshops or trainings.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Miro, PowerPoint, and of course various AI tools.
• Technical background (APIs, data sources, integrations, LLMs).
