Business Analysis – Transport Management Systems (TMS) | International Exposure

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our long-standing clients, an international and dynamic company undergoing a major digital transformation, based in Geneva.

In this context, we are looking for a Business Analyst with solid international experience in transport/logistics, proven expertise with TMS solutions, and a mindset driven by solutions, energy, and impact.

Mandatory Requirements (non-negotiable)

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Transport / Logistics operations
  • Real, proven TMS experience (Oracle OTM, CargoWise, Blume or equivalent)
  • Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst (requirements, workshops, user stories)
  • English C1 level
  • Already based in Switzerland or willing to relocate immediately to Geneva
  • Valid Swiss/EU work permit (no sponsorship available for non-EU candidates)

Main Mission

You will play a key role in the implementation of a new TMS and in the harmonisation of intermodal processes on a global scale.

International environment: global projects, multi-country teams, daily interactions in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing intermodal processes and design optimised workflows
  • Configure the TMS according to business needs
  • Coordinate and execute interface testing with internal stakeholders
  • Write user stories, functional specifications, and related documentation
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and deliver training sessions
