We are hiring a talented
IT Business Analyst
who has an expertise in Alternative Assets/Private Equity.
Responsibilities
Translate data into business insights, using impactful visualizations and storytelling to support decision-making across investment and operations teams.
Prototype Power BI dashboards in collaboration with investment and operations teams.
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
Specify business requirements to ensure robust data pipelines feeding into Power BI.
Continuously improve dashboard usability and UX, data quality, and relevance.
Contribute ideas and process improvement to shape the future of the analytics platform.
Qualifications
• Practical experience in Alternative Investments, ideally within
Private Assets
.
• Strong skills in
Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong intuition for business needs and user-centric design.
• Proven ability to communicate, collaborate and build trust across teams.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

English fluent / Français courant
Swiss residency or relocation required
