Alcachofa de Canarias is a company based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, specialized in digital marketing and creation of high traffic websites: we manage a worldwide classified Adult platform with almost 9M users / month that aim to compete for leadership in the industry.

Tasks

The main task of the Head of SEO will be to create, develop and manage the SEO strategy of the website in all of the 23 countries we're running, optimizing website content, and building a solid link authority.

Some examples:

* Conducting overall SEO assessments of the site (technical, performance, semantic, and link popularity).

* Consulting on strategic changes to website architecture, content, meta tags in order to increase SEO ranking for desired keywords.

* Implementation of a link building strategy based on SEO benchmarking analysis of all competitors, both locally and globally.

* Monitoring the health of the website using tools and data from Google and other third-party SEO tools

* Presentation and reporting of SEO results for each country.

Requirements

* Ability to work by objectives;

* Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Page Speed Insights, Lighthouse;

* Good knowledge of SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Log Analyzer, Ahref, Rank Tracker, Majestic SEO, etc.

* Keep up-to-date on all search engine algorithm changes, trends and industry rules;

* Previous experience of at least 5 years as SEO Manager (in agency, company or as freelancer) in the adult / dating / gambling/ classifieds industry;

* Excellent knowledge of English, Spanish and/or Italian. Two of them are mandatory. Portuguese language would be plus;
