**Job Description**:
Jetcost is looking for a Head of Product, for its META Product team, based in Chiasso, and in charge of taking full ownership of the product, the prioritization of new features, and enhancements to existing features.
The person will empower and collaborate with the product team - currently of 2 product owners - to unlock the full potential of the product platforms (web and APP) and content solutions (core, media) that we are offering as Business Unit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish a shared vision across the business unit by building consensus on priorities, leading to product execution
- Collaborate with Marketing&Media, Business Strategy, Commercial, and Tech teams to gather feedback and requirements, to lead cross-department projects which are impacting our advertisers’ and users’ experience
- Thrive to achieve optimal implementation of changes made to the product through a strong user-centered, data-driven, discovery-oriented discipline that constantly strives to solve the most meaningful problems.
- A/B test definition, implementation, results reading and sharing is core part of this
**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- 7+years experience working with web based company
- Knowledge and experience in conversion optimisation, digital marketing, UX design and/or consumer psychology
- Experience with web analytics software such as Google analytics
- Familiarity with A/B testing or other multivariate testing
- Previous involvement with high traffic, preferably E-commerce or Media sites/APPs
