**Job Description**:
you will lead the new Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and the internal control functions, reporting to the CEO and supervised by the Risk Committee.

In this position, you would engage with stakeholders across the organisation, right through to Leadership Team level and sit on key decision making committees.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up the Risk management function
- Assess the Group Risk profile, providing a risk assessment on the key company areas and processes (IT, operational, compliance, etc.) through interviews and in cooperation with the key internal stakeholders
- Support the evaluation of the company risk appetite
- identify action plans in order to reduce and mitigate risks
- Ensure a risk based approach for the internal control activities to be implemented, defining a risk management and a consistent internal control model
- Remain informed about developments in relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Support in the preparation for and follow up of internal/external audits and inspections as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and understanding of international Risk Management regulations and guidelines
- Experience in Risk management methodology, tools and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, prioritize workload with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
- Understanding of audit/inspection process
- Culturally aware and ability to think and work globally
- English proficiency
