We want to make sure our people reflect the communities across the world we help travel. **Job Description**: **Key Responsibilities** - Support in the setup of the Risk management function - Support in assessing the Group Risk profile, providing a risk assessment on the key company areas and processes (IT, operational, compliance, etc.) through interviews and in cooperation with the key internal stakeholders - Support the evaluation of the company risk appetite - identify action plans in order to reduce and mitigate risks - Ensure a risk based approach for the internal control activities to be implemented, supporting in the definition of ing a risk management system consistent with and a consistentthe internal control frameworkmodel - Support in the preparation for and follow up of internal/external audits and inspections as required. **Qualifications**: **Essentials** - Knowledge and understanding of international Risk Management regulations, standards and guidelines - 3+ Experience in Risk management methodology, tools and techniques, preferably in an advisory company - Previous experience in projects with a close collaboration with Internal Audit Function will be consider a plus - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, prioritize workload with attention to detail and strong organizational skills - English proficiency Additional Information By joining our company, you will have the chance to: - Join a dynamic team in an inclusive-international environment - Grow thanks to the career journey and our internal mobility perspective - Manage your own schedule thanks to the flexible start and end of the working day - Work a shorter working week (36h), of which 4 hours on Friday morning - Get focus time for learning, development and deep work on Friday mornings - Work partially or fully remote according to local laws - Benefit from employee discounts on travel - Receive 2 days off per year for the purpose of volunteering - Participate in amazing winter and summer corporate events - Benefit from extended parental or marriage leave - Welfare platform (Corporate Benefits) where you will find dedicated discounts with more than 1500 partners
