Board International is currently looking for a highly analytical, self-starter **Project Manager **to join our Professional Services Center of Excellence in Chiasso HQ. This role is instrumental to the successful delivery of a broad and varied portfolio of projects.

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all project activities through an excellent understanding of processes, documentation and communication. Your aim will be ensuring our projects’ success as regards quality, time and budget.

The PM must be eager to learn BOARD functionalities and features in order to contribute to a successful project delivery and the overall team’s success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through delivery and post-go live activities
Create and manage complex project plans
- Guide, train and coach team members, while monitoring team performance and taking corrective actions if needed
- Plan effective administration and documentation strategies
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of projects
- Ensure that project actions/risks/issues are effectively handled in time
- Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience working in technology deployment PMO environment, preferably in the CPM/EPM space
- Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional with relevant experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases
- Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to work against very tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
- Motivated, determined, self-starter attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or similar fields
- Ability to travel up to 60% (Domestic and International)
