Siamo alla ricerca di un
SEO Manager
che si unisca al nostro team SEO interno, attualmente composto da
tre professionisti
, supportati periodicamente da agenzie e consulenti esterni.

Responsabilità principali

Il SEO Manager sarà responsabile della
definizione, sviluppo e gestione della strategia SEO globale
dei nostri portali, coordinando tutte le attività relative all'ottimizzazione tecnica e semantica dei siti, nonché alla costruzione di un'autorevole strategia di link building.

Esempi di attività:

  • Realizzare
    audit SEO completi
    (tecnici, prestazionali, semantici e di link popularity);
  • Fornire consulenza strategica sulle modifiche strutturali del sito, sui contenuti e sui meta tag, al fine di migliorare il posizionamento per le keyword di interesse;
  • Definire e implementare una
    strategia di link building
    basata su un'analisi comparativa dei principali competitor a livello locale e internazionale;
  • Monitorare costantemente l'andamento dei siti tramite i vari
    Google Tools e altri strumenti SEO di terze parti
    ;
  • Presentare e analizzare periodicamente i
    risultati SEO per ciascun Paese
    , proponendo azioni correttive e nuovi obiettivi di crescita.

Requisiti

  • Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e risultati misurabili;
  • Ottima conoscenza di
    Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse
    ;
  • Padronanza di strumenti SEO professionali come
    Screaming Frog, Log Analyzer, Ahrefs, Rank Tracker, Majestic SEO
    , ecc.;
  • Aggiornamento costante sui
    cambiamenti degli algoritmi dei motori di ricerca
    e sulle tendenze del settore;
  • Esperienza minima di 5 anni
    come SEO Manager o Head of SEO (in azienda, agenzia o come freelancer),
    preferibilmente nei settori classifieds, adult, dating, gambling
    ;
  • Eccellente conoscenza di
    inglese e/o spagnolo
  • La conoscenza del
    portoghese
    costituirà un plus.
