, we are looking for a Country Manager within Plenitude on the Road in Switzerland. You will be responsible for leading, managing and expanding all local activities in the e-mobility sector for the country.

Operating both as the owner and manager of its charging network and as a service provider for EV users, Plenitude On the Road ensures a seamless, reliable and sustainable charging experience. Main Responsibilities

• Managing the existing charging infrastructure network across Switzerland, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, technical coordination and full compliance with standards.
• Developing and expanding the network by identifying new strategic sites and negotiating partnerships with property owners, retailers, real estate groups, hospitality operators, utilities, municipalities, fuel stations and other stakeholders.
• Owning operational KPIs and the local P&L, ensuring profitability and performance across the portfolio of assets.
• Managing relationships with federal and cantonal authorities, industry associations and strategic partners.
• Coordinating external suppliers, technical partners and contractors to guarantee efficient operations.
• Overseeing documentation and processes for tenders, concessions and permitting when required.

Skills And Experience Required

• Proven experience in e-mobility, energy, infrastructure or related industries.
• Strong operational, asset-management and financial management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive and strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in German, French, English and Italian (all mandatory).
