Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing Emergency Medical Services (EMS), conducting medical assessments, and delivering healthcare training. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure the provision of quality healthcare services. Day-to-day tasks include administering medical care, coordinating with medical professionals, and staying updated on medical best practices and healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Medicine skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Healthcare knowledge and Training skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
