On behalf of a global leader in the retail industry, we are actively recruiting a
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Accounting Lead
. This is a pivotal role in a large-scale Company program where you will help shape and steer the financial systems landscape across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    functional subject matter expert (SME)
    in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Project Accounting, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, controllers, and global process owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Drive the
    design, configuration, and support
    of F&O capabilities in line with accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP) and compliance needs.
  • Oversee
    fit-gap analysis
    , process mapping, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Liaise with the technical team to ensure successful integrations with retail and legacy systems.
  • Provide guidance to external implementation partners and internal teams on
    best practices and governance
    .
  • Ensure change management, process documentation, and knowledge transfer are executed effectively.
  • Contribute to post-implementation support and
    continuous improvement initiatives
    .

Your Experience:

  • Strong experience (8+ years) in Finance/Accounting combined with
    extensive exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O
    (previously AX).
  • Proven track record of delivering
    global or multi-country ERP rollouts
    , preferably in the retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes, controls, and compliance in a global setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to influence both business and IT audiences.
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations and multicultural environments.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
