We are hiring on behalf of a global management consultancy who currently lead a major transformation project for a Swiss retailer, which includes further development of D365 FSCM.

To strengthen the project team, we are looking for a Senior D365 Finance Consultant / Architect.

This is a hybrid contract assignment, with expected 40% on site in Luzern, which can be managed either weekly or bi-weekly. The assignment begins as soon as possible, for an initial period until March 2026, then extension.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis and root cause identification across D365 F&O, POS, and related finance systems.
  • Review transactions, postings, and mappings to uncover errors or misconfigurations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to validate findings and develop corrective measures.
  • Lead solution design, testing, and deployment through to production.
  • Work closely within a 15+ member project team, contributing to broader process and system improvements.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of finance experience, with strong accounting and process understanding.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (on-site in Luzern roughly 2 days every other week).
