Wir suchen einen engagierten und kreativen Product Designer, der unser Team bei der detaillierten Konzeption von zwei digitalen Plattformen zur Lead -Generierung unterstützt. Die erste Plattform ist eine Empfehlungs -App, die zweite ein digitales Showroom -Konzept, das sich an Jobsuchende, KMU und Vorsorgeberater richtet. In dieser Rolle trägst du dazu bei, die Produktideen in greifbare Konzepte zu übersetzen, Prozesse zu definieren, User Stories zu erstellen und bei der Entwicklung von Prototypen sowie Systemarchitekturen mitzuwirken.Du wirst User Personas definieren, bestehende Prozesse analysieren und Geschäftsanforderungen in detaillierte User Stories und funktionale Spezifikationen übersetzen. Ausserdem unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von Produktdokumentationen, der Ausarbeitung von UX -Konzepten und der Entwicklung von High -Fidelity -Mockups sowie interaktiven Prototypen. Zusätzlich wirkst du an der Gestaltung der Backend -Systemarchitektur, Datenflüssen und Integrationen mit Drittanbietern mit, damit die Plattformen sowohl Nutzer - als auch Business -Anforderungen erfüllen. Während des gesamten Projekts nimmst du an Feedbackloops teil, um das Produktdesign kontinuierlich zu schärfen und sicherzustellen, dass es den strategischen Zielen entspricht.
