HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting HR investigations, and providing guidance to HR and management on HR compliance-related matters under the supervision of Group HR Governance & Compliance Director.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials, with a focus with a focus on key HR areas (Talent, Learning & development, Compensation & benefits and HR data) and ethical conductIn collaboration with our Legal and Compliance Teams, staying up-to-date on changes in HR related regulations and employment law, and communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders as well as proposing actions to ensure complianceLeading internal investigations related to HR compliance issues, such as harassment, discrimination, and ethical violations, working closely with HR Business Partners and Legal CounselsDeveloping and delivering training programs on HR compliance topics for HR community, employees and managers, with a focus on practical application and real-world scenariosPreparing and presenting reports on HR compliance activities to HR senior management providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of HR compliance programsProviding expert support and advice to the HR Department on compliance-related matters, including policy interpretation, risk assessment, and best practices in HR compliance, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and proceduresCollaborating with internal Sustainability teams on HR-related reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other sustainability initiativesPartnering with HR Business Partners to conduct regular HR compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying potential areas of non-compliance and developing corrective action plansSupporting the HR team in responding to employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures, and working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR related regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

You possess a Bachelor's degree in Law,  Human Resources or a related fieldYou have 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or as a LawyerYou demonstrate a strong knowledge of labor laws and global regulations linked to HRYou have experience conducting HR audits and investigationsYou are experienced in handling sensitive topics and confidential information with discretionYou possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsYou have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsYou are able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally have experience with HRIS systemsYou are fluent in English
