CONTEXTE

Intégré(e) à notre équipe de Transformation Digitale, vous serez le référent(e) principal(e) pour l'ensemble des projets de transformation numérique du département finance. Votre rôle sera crucial dans la coordination, le suivi et la concrétisation de ces initiatives stratégiques.

COMMENT AUREZ-VOUS UN IMPACT ?

Vos responsabilits principales seront les suivantes :

  • Manager le produit finance / controlling (les outils, la roadmap, les ressources, les livrables)
    • Être le point d'entrée unique pour toutes les demandes du département finance concernant les projets de transformation digitale.
    • Analyser et comprendre les besoins financiers, etre force de proposition,  définir la solution digitale adéquate et piloter sa mise en œuvre
  • Assurer les plans de communication adaptés (rituels / KPIs / usages)
  • Manager le cycle de vie du produit (projets / amélioration continue / obsolescence)
  • Manager les acteurs autours du produit (référents métiers finance / prestataires / les acteurs du groupe richemont, etc...)
  • Assurer la mise en place de la gouvernance autour des produits / solutions digitales

QUELLES SONT LES CLES DE VOTRE REUSSITE AU SEIN DE NOTRE MAISON ?

Nous cherchons un profil expérimenté en contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans l'industrie ou le manufacturing. Une excellente maîtrise de SAP FICO est essentielle, et si vous connaissez les outils de Business Intelligence (BI), c'est un vrai plus Nous apprécions un fort intérêt pour la transformation digitale et l'analyse de données. Vous êtes dôté d'un esprit d'équipe et êtes capable de collaborer facilement avec les différents interlocuteurs. Enfin, nous recherchons une personne analytique, rigoureuse et orientée service. Autonome, proactive et force de proposition, vous saurez apporter votre pierre à l'édifice.
