Interim Mandat – Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in (Raum Zürich) – Buy & Build / PMI

Ein wachsender SaaS-Buy-&-Build-Konzern mit Headquarter in den Niederlanden bereitet aktuell eine Akquisition im Raum Zürich vor. Für die Post-Merger-Integration des Schweizer Zielunternehmens wird kurzfristig gesucht:

Interim Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in (m/w/d) — Region Zürich (Start: zeitnah, Dauer: ca. 3–6 Monate)

Aufgaben

  • Begleitung der Transaktion in der Schweiz als unabhängige fachlich tragfähige Instanz
  • Analyse, Prüfung und rechtskonforme wie best-practice-orientierte Aufnahme der Finanzorganisation des Target-Unternehmens
  • Strukturierung und Optimierung relevanter Finanz-/IKS-/Reporting-Prozesse in der frühen PMI-Phase
  • Schnittstelle zu Group Finance (NL) sowie zu transaktionserfahrenen Teams in Deutschland und UK
  • Sparring für Management und Stakeholder in allen Finance-/Governance-Fragestellungen während der ersten Integrationsphase

Anforderungen

  • Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in oder äquivalente eidg. Zulassung; Big-4-Hintergrund von Vorteil
  • Relevante Erfahrung in Post-Merger-Integrationen, Audit-nahen Sonderprüfungen oder Buy-&-Build-Umfeldern
  • Vertrautheit mit SaaS- / Tech-Geschäftsmodellen oder schnell wachsenden PE-Cases
  • Hohe Integrations- und Stakeholder-Sensibilität, ausgeprägte Empathie in Transformationssituationen
  • Selbständige Mandatsfähigkeit (Interim / Freiberuflich)

  • Dauer: ca. 3–6 Monate
  • Einsatzmodell: Interim Mandat (freiberuflich)
  • Standort: Raum Zürich, hybrides Arbeiten möglich, Präsenz phasenweise erforderlich
