Via our network of lawyers and compliance specialists, Interim Legal enables legal departments to transform by adopting a more flexible and efficient legal support model. Our business is an alternative service provider within the legal market and changing the way internal legal departments execute and solve their legal work. As such we are constantly exploring and learning about new ways to provide value to our clients and the specialists we engage. We were founded in 2020 and are focused on the Swiss market with international exposure.

About the role:

The Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and managing client relationships as well as delivering our capabilities through our value proposition as a legal staffing provider. Active sourcing, relationship building, legal operations assessment, talent mapping, and product design will form the core duties of the role.

Description
  • Contribute to the acquisition of new client relationships, as well as deepening the relationship with existing clients
  • Take ownership over a specific industry vertical, designing a business development strategy for our services and executing this strategy
  • Manage multiple search projects to help support our client's needs
  • Take responsibility for our talent acquisition process, from first introduction to onboarding of specialists within client projects.
  • Participate in initiatives to showcase Interim Legal's value proposition to our consultants and clients via marketing material or events
  • Constantly seek to improve ways by which Interim Legal markets its products and services.
Qualifications
  • An interest in the legal services market
  • A desire to take ownership and develop long-lasting relationships that are driven by trust and business partnership
  • An ability to think creatively about legal operational problems and innovative ways of solving these
  • Desire to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment. The ability to challenge others and be challenged yourself thereby improving the quality of our work
  • A good communicator in person and via written and verbal correspondence
  • Highly organized and able to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • A university degree
  • Previous experience in recruitment, or a professional services company would be highly desired
