Salesforce Project Lead/Engagement Manager

Hybrid: Zurich

This boutique partner of Salesforce with offices in Germany and Zurich, are currently searching for a
Salesforce Project Lead/Engagement Manager
to join the team in Zurich.

You will lead challenging CRM initiatives across different industries such as non-profit, hospitality, real estate, luxury and family businesses. As Project Lead/Engagement Manager, you will manage the scope, timeline, budget, and team while bridging the gap between specialist departments, architecture and delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be responsible for end-to-end CRM projects from discovery to go-live
  • Understand processes, prioritise requirements and translate them into clear roadmaps
  • Manage the scope, budget, schedule and risks
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams
  • Be a trusted advisor for customers - lead workshops, present progress etc
  • Get involved in pre-sales

What your profile should look like:

  • Several years of experience in Salesforce projects in multiple clouds (e.g.. sales, service, Experience, Marketing, Data, Nonprofit)
  • Strong experience in project leadership
  • Residence near Zurich to meet with colleagues
  • Fluent in German and English
