Salesforce Project Lead - Schweiz - bis zu CHF

Eine spezialisierte Salesforce-Beratung aus der Schweiz begleitet Kund*innen aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen – von internationalen Nonprofits bis hin zu Hospitality-Gruppen und Medienhäusern. Ihr Fokus: CRM-Projekte mit Substanz, die Business und Technologie wirkungsvoll verbinden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für Salesforce-Projekte – von der Discovery bis zum Go-Live und Hypercare
  • Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in strukturierte Roadmaps und priorisierte Backlogs
  • Steuerung von Scope, Budget, Zeitplan und Risiken (RAID) mit klarem Fokus auf Delivery-Exzellenz
  • Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams (Consultants, Architects, Developers, QA) – intern und extern
  • Kommunikation mit Kund*innen auf C-Level – inkl. Workshops, Steering Committees und Projektpräsentationen
  • Verantwortung für SOWs, Change Requests, Forecasts und kommerzielle Projektsteuerung
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Pre-Sales und Angebotsprozessen mit einem Blick für Business Value

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Salesforce- oder vergleichbaren CRM-Projekten mit mehreren Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud oder Nonprofit)
  • Starke Projektleitungskompetenz, kombiniert mit Business-Analyse und Delivery-Expertise
  • Verständnis für komplexe Systemlandschaften, Datenflüsse und Integrationen (z. B. SAP, Middleware, Data Lakes)
  • Routine im Umgang mit Ausschreibungen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Governance-Strukturen
  • Zertifizierungen wie PMI-PMP, Scrum Master oder Salesforce Admin/Consultant sind ein Plus
  • Fliessendes Deutsch und sicheres Englisch in Wort, Schrift und Präsentation
