We're looking for passionate AI Engineers who love building real solutions and sharing their knowledge with others. If you have strong software development skills, experience with data science tools, and enjoy speaking in front of people, this is a great opportunity to combine tech and impact.

Tech Legion is a community of Tech professionals in Switzerland, focused on connecting people with ideas, boosting skills, and empowering startups.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver
    virtual or onsite workshops
    on AI, data science, and software development.
  • Develop and prototype
    AI solutions
    , from concept to deployment.
  • Build demo projects and hands-on exercises for participants.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, frameworks, and learning materials.
  • Collaborate with our tech and community teams to inspire the next generation of builders and innovators.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in
    software development
    (Python is a must; additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with AI and data science tools such as
    TensorFlow
    ,
    PyTorch
    ,
    scikit-learn
    ,
    pandas
    , or similar.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience or interest in
    public speaking
    , teaching, or running workshops.
  • A collaborative mindset and curiosity to explore new ideas.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.
    Google Cloud Platform
    ,
    Amazon Web Services
    ,
    Azure
    ).
  • Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills (React)
  • Experience in Web Development and Software Development (Git, Docker, MQTT, API)
  • Ability to collaborate with backend developers and designers
  • Knowledge of Back-End Web Development
  • Knowledge of geospatial or Earth observation data.
  • Previous involvement in hackathons, community events, or startup ecosystems.
  • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
