We are looking for an exceptional deployment engineer with 2–3 years of experience to support the implementation of our AI product. .... is a full-time on-site role for a Deployment Engineer & will involve working closely with category teams in retail to enhance decision-making processes. In detail:

  • Bridge business needs and AI implementation
    : Work with both retail teams and technical stakeholders to ensure our AI systems deliver actionable insights aligned with customer needs.
  • Transform business requirements into AI solutions
    : Design and guide the implementation of AI solutions that accurately analyze and interpret key retail metrics and commercial data points.
  • Enable smooth deployments
    : Transform complex AI solutions into practical, user-friendly implementations while maintaining accuracy and explainability.
  • Data analysis & engineering
    : Enterprise retailers have complex data set-ups and deployments typically require data engineering before AI can be used to maximize customer value

We are looking for...

candidates with 2-3 years of experience in top-tier technology consulting firms (e.g., QuantumBlack, BCG X, Palantir, QuantCo) who can independently drive both technical implementation and business value creation. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Technical Understanding
    : Working knowledge of Python and prompt engineering, with experience in implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strategic Consulting Background
    : Proven track record in translating business requirements into technical solutions, with the ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects independently.
  • Project Ownership
    : Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive successful business outcomes.
