Aufgaben

Bei Nurse gehen wir für die Pflege neue Wege: Mit unserer AI-Matchmaking Technologie finden Pflegefachkräfte die Stelle, die wirklich zu ihnen passt, während Arbeitgeber dank unserem Nurse-Abo effizienter und deutlich kostengünstiger rekrutieren können.

Als Candidate Success Manager hast du dabei eine äusserst zentrale und verantwortungsvolle Funktion mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Kandidaten-Erfolg: Du begleitest deinen eigenen Kandidatenstamm von durchschnittlich 50 Personen selbständig und proaktiv durch den gesamten Such- & Bewerbungsprozess bis zum erfolgreichen Stellenantritt
  • Matching & Beratung: Du nutzt unser intelligentes Matching, um passende Arbeitgeber und Jobs zu identifizieren, und berätst deine Kandidaten bei der Auswahl
  • Koordination & Kommunikation: Du unterstützt bei der Abstimmung und Kommunikation zwischen Arbeitgebern und Kandidaten
  • Datenqualität & Administration: Du pflegst Kandidaten- und Arbeitgeberdaten im CRM und erstellst Rechnungen sowie Anstellungsbestätigungen
  • Business Development: Du präsentierst unsere Kandidaten proaktiv neuen Gesundheitsinstitutionen und baust so kontinuierlich unser Netzwerk aus
Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst Erfahrung im Recruiting mit oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit relevantem Background (Sales, Customer Support, HR, Startup-Umfeld oder Pflege)
  • Sales Drive & Abschlussorientierung: Du hast den starken Willen, Kandidaten erfolgreich durch den Prozess zu führen und ihre Anstellung bei passenden Arbeitgebern zu erreichen
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du überzeugst mit klarer, empathischer und begeisternder Kommunikation – sowohl mit Kandidaten als auch mit Arbeitgebern
  • Organisation & Prozesse: Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen und bei hohem Volumen den Überblick und liebst es, CRM-Einträge aktuell zu halten sowie Prozesse laufend zu verbessern
  • Lokal verankert: Du hast deinen Wohnsitz in der Schweiz und verstehst und sprichst Schweizerdeutsch
