XPUBG Product Manager

What is XPUBG: XPULZ has built a unique esports platform 100% dedicated to managing PUBG tournaments, we've got watch-stream, automated production assets, brackets, and league formats and telemetry statistics built-in all available for free to organizers with many more features planned.
What you will do:
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about PUBG and actively follows the latest news and updates of the game. The candidate will be responsible for the overall xpubg platform, helping craft the strategy and direction the project will head to.
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting research, gathering feedback from organizers, gamers, and general awareness of what other platforms are doing in order to stay ahead in terms of feature requirements.
- Developing strategy, based on feedback and best-practice, you will be expected to develop a strategy and a product roadmap for XPUBG and define its overall vision.
- Communicating with stakeholders, you will be tasked with communicating with the organizers and gamers on the product roadmap, managing version releases, and updating the community on what's coming next and what's launched.
- Product development, you will liaise with product development to ensure attainable goals are set at agreed-upon timelines and that any open bugs are communicated internally and prioritized accordingly.
- Feedback and data analysis, you will collect, organize, and analyze feedback coming from users but also from data collected by xpubg and incorporate the feedback into the product roadmap.
- From time-to-time, you will recruit additional volunteers, such as community managers, customer success personal, sales and partnership managers.

- An effective problem solver comfortable balancing short and long term priorities when making decisions
- Experience creating a product vision, roadmap, user stories, and product specifications
- As you will be in an international team, fluent English skills (spoken and written) and cultural empathy are a must
- Motivated to create the best PUBG esports platform in the market.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, like PowerPoint and Excel.
Successful candidates will be eligible for stock options and equity within XPULZ Gaming GmbH.
